"The driver was not at the airport when we came through customs, even though we were on time. We had to wait for him and when he did arrive we didn't realise he had as he had no board with our name on so he didn't know who we were and vice versa. The vehicle was a MPV Toyota - I'd paid for a Mercedes as I wanted extra room so 3 adults didn't have to sit in one row.
The driver noisily chewed gum on the 2 hour drive (chewing with mouth open).
No VIP service at all even though I'd paid for this. Very disappointed.
Return journey was good, driver was prompt and with the vehicle was as booked."
