I finally got hold of ‘Abdullah’ at taxi code who gave me a number for the driver 02078701212. This number does not exist. I also phoned Bilik Limited and the phone rang off each time at least 3 times. This resulted in me having to pay for another taxi, cheaper I might add. I am demanding that the fee you charged me is reimbursed as soon as possible "

Drop a star overall because I didn't receive a notification that the taxi was outside - I looked out the window at the booked time and saw him. Driver said he was advised that I'd been told, but would have called me after 5 minutes. So driver seems to have done the right thing but been let down by the system."
