"The driving experience was very good, however the concern was that the initial allocated taxi company did not know off the booking made. I then had to phone taxi code to check to see if the booking was made with the company as stated. Was informed that it was. I was also informed that I would shortly be informed by email. This did not occur before take off even though we were held on the tarmac for 50 minutes. Only aware that there would be a another taxi company proving the service on landing. The booking, allocation and communication lacked urgency, which caused a degree of anxiety for both my wife and I. However, a taxi was provided and the service was good in that respect. I would use this service again. "
